Vila je udaljena oko 150 m od plaže (peščana 5 km dugačka plaža Lagana sa kristalno čistim morem). Studio 02: svaki studio se sastoji od prostrane sobe sa širokim (francuskim ležajem) ili sa dva odvojena ležaja i u okviru sobe je smešten kuhinjski deo (frižider, sudopera, rešo sa dve ringle i posuđe za odgovarajući broj osoba), klima, kupatilo sa peškirima. U nekoliko soba je moguće koristiti treći pomoćni rasklopivi ležaj. Terasa je sa garniturom za sedenje i obedovanje. Klima – doplata 5 € dnevno. Plaćanje na recepciji.
