My dear We will be happy to welcome you, friends and children in alegriavillas this summer. The Houses have 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8-9 people each one!! They are big enough (120m) each. They are made by stones, they are traditional and luxury. They are fool equipped with traditional furniture and embroidery which creates a village atmosphere . . It is very near the sea, (150-200m) from the three different beaches, (Sent Nikolas beach, Plaka beach, Banana beach). The beaches are fool of sand ,there are water sports beach bars and restaurants on the beach!! Very near the house (100-150m) there are mini markets, taverns, and a fantastic swimming pool (free entry) . There is play ground and BBQ The house is located in the famous marine park where caretta-caretta turtles lay their eggs. You can visit the park end see the turtles and the nests!! Lokacija: Vila je u samom centru, neposredno do glavne ulice Laganasa. U okolini vile i glavne ulice nalaze se brojni objekti za zabavu, restorani, kafeterije, zabavni muzički klubovi, marketi. Vila je udaljena oko 150 m od plaže (peščana 5 km dugačka plaža Lagana sa kristalno čistim morem). Studio 02: svaki studio se sastoji od prostrane sobe sa širokim (francuskim ležajem) ili sa dva odvojena ležaja i u okviru sobe je smešten kuhinjski deo (frižider, sudopera, rešo sa dve ringle i posuđe za odgovarajući broj osoba), klima, kupatilo sa peškirima. U nekoliko soba je moguće koristiti treći pomoćni rasklopivi ležaj. Terasa je sa garniturom za sedenje i obedovanje. Klima – doplata 5 € dnevno. Plaćanje na recepciji.

Studio 02: sadrži sobu sa dva standardna kreveta, izdvojenu kuhinju (frižider, rešo sa dve ringle, električni bokal i posuđe za odgovarajući broj osoba), klimu, TV, kupatilo sa peškirima. Armonia (harmony) is a complex of 8 stone houses and is set into the hillsides of the village, 600m from the main road of Vassilikos, and 1100m from the Ionian Sea, and its sandy beaches. Yiannis and Christina... The proprietor Yianni has designed and built these apartment houses in the traditional architecture of Zakynthos. His love of traditional stone buildings made him to collect materials of old houses, with whom he built up his holiday houses. Christiane, born in Germany; continues to create a truly warm and Greek atmosphere by her choice of decor, and her love of details. Every house is equipped to very high standard and has its own color scheme. In every holiday house you are finding Greek hand crafts and wooden built furniture and all those little things to make your stay ,as enjoyable as possible. Fiore Sea View consists of nine studios and one apartment spread across the ground floor and the first floor. The studios can accommodate 1-3 people and have a double bed or a double bedand a single bed. The apartment can accommodate up to 4-5 people. Fiore Studios - Yellow Building - Porto Kaminia Beach ZanteInterconnecting doors conveniently combine two double rooms into a spacious family room, one with a double and one with two single beds. An extra bed can be added to both studios and apartment upon request. All accommodation is equipped with a fridge, air conditioning on request and a furnished balcony with panoramic views of the clear blue Ionian Sea and the surrounding olive tree clad mountains. On each floor, there is a communal fully equipped, full sized kitchen that guests are free to use to prepare any meals they like. Fiore Sea View also offers a parking area protected from the sun and is located next to a super market and the 'Windmill' taverna, a family-run business serving traditional Greek food.

Our rooms are equipped with kitchen with all facilities needed. There is also a large balcony with view to the beach and the rest of our village. Our rooms are about 80m from the beach and you can also find super markets, restaurants, bakery and bar.

Armonia Studios and Apartments are situated amongst unspoiled rural countryside in a charming and picturesque area on the north east coast of Zakynthos, just 60 metres from the sandy beach. The area is known as Psarou and it is an ideal spot for families, couples and friends seeking a quiet holiday away from commercialized tourism with the chance to get a taste of Greek life. Psarou beach has been awarded with the Blue Flag given only to beaches that comply with strict criteria regarding cleanliness. This family business consists of two buildings with well kept gardens. There are studios in one building and apartments and a restaurant in the other.

Atheneavillas ¨ is a complex of 8 houses-apartments. 4 of them with a big terrace with really amazing view to the sea and 4 with private pool and its own private garden as well with the same beautiful view to the sea, pines and olive trees. All houses are situated in a very quiet green area! There is every day cleaning and every three days changing bedlinen and towels. All houses are decorated with a lot of love and respect to the tourists. Vacations is a very importand thing after all year round hard work . The whole idea was making people feeling at home!! Finally is first land in front of the sea , located in little hill . 300m walking down distance to the beach and 1,5 km by car to the little fisherman village-bars -cafes & taverns . There is also a diving center where someone can take diving courses. As well by rending your own little motor boat you can explore the beautiful galas and you go fishing and discover your own litlle beach and sunbath and swim totally alone!! The house is so peaceful, that you wake up with the singing of the birds. As the road is private there is no cars and noises!!
