Villa Adria is situated within 5 min of drive away from three of the most beautiful beaches in Montenegro (Trsteno, Jaz and Ploče), and just 10km away from Budva with its gorgeous old town and exciting night life. Villa is surrounded by lush Mediterranean greenery and enjoys beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. Situated 150m above the sea level, Villa Adria is ideal for those looking for clean air and who enjoy long walks in the nature. Not far from Villa Adria, there are many interesting touristic sights to explore. UNESCO protected area of the Bay of Kotor is just 30min of drive away. Towns of Kotor and Tivat with spectacular marina Porto Montenegro, are also just 30min of drive away. Nearest airport is Tivat (25km), while Airports Podgorica and Dubrovnik are both situated at around 75km. Considering it's excellent location, Krimovica is a great place to stay in, if you are interested in traveling around Montenegro, exploring its nature and history. For this reason, and because it will make their stay much comfortable, we recommend all our guests to either arrive by a car, or rent a vehicle while staying in Villa Adria. The Odmor apartments are situated in the village of Krimovica, facing the sea which is about 500 meters away. Access is via the road from Budva to Tivat, turning off in the direction of Jaz beach and continuing on to Trsteno beach. This village is 2 km up the hill above Trsteno beach. 9 km from Budva. The nearest beach is Trsteno, 2 km from the villa, followed by Jaz beach, 4 km from the villa, and Ploce (Platamuni) beach with its crystal clear water and 3 swimming pools for children and adults, 3 km from the villa. A tarmac road with very little traffic leads to all the beaches. There is ample space for parking alongside the "villa". The "Vila Odmor" has a large, courtyard, luxurious swimming pool dimension 11m to 6m. The pool is made up of three parts: children, Jacuzzi and part of the pool with bubbles and lighting. It is suitable for day and night swimming. Around the pool are sun beds, umbrellas, tables and shower. Part of the plateau directly overlooking the sea is equipped with comfortable chairs and tables for evening enjoyment. All around the pool are lamps that provide good lighting and a warm atmosphere. The "Vila Odmor" has 15 apartments for hire, and has a sea view entirely unobstructed by any other houses, so that each one of the terraces which are attached to each apartment has a direct sea view. This view is especially enchanting early in the morning and at sunset. A gently breeze wafts the intoxicating aroma of the sea towards the apartments and cools down the hot summer nights. The house is well insulated and the front facade attractively plastered, and each apartment has a separate air-conditioning unit. The "Vila Odmor" is in a position where sea and mountain air meet. On a clear day you can see Mt. Lovcen, Prevlaka and the port of Bar. The sea and mountain air have a therapeutic effect on the lungs and the circulation. The proximity of Budva, Tivat and Kotor means there is rich night life and entertainment. If you want rest for you soul and body come to this heavenly place. Size of apartments is from 25m2 to 40m2 The "Vila Odmor" comprises: 2 two-bed apartments – bedroom and kitchen, bathroom and terrace ( a folding couch 1.5 metres wide is available in the bedroom) 3 three-bed apartments – bedroom and kitchen, bathroom and terrace (a folding couch 1.5 metres wide and a folding armchair are available in the bedroom) 8 four-bed apartments (living room with folding couch 1.5 metres wide and bedroom with one bed 90 cm wide and one 120 cm). These apartments can accommodate 5 persons 2 six-bed apartments (the living room has 2 folding couches 1.5 metre wide and the bedroom has one bed 140cm wide and one 90cm). The villa (750m2) is surrounded with a palms, gentile flowers ,and meditterian plants in a well kept garden. There is a large garden of 650 m2 ; with fountain , sun decks , grill and place for outdoor dining table. The quiet environment, pine forest and breathtaking views of the blue Adriatic together with the opportunity to lounge around on the spacious terrace makes this Villa as a great place to relax as it is situated only 100 m from the sea ( a few minutes walking). Fish restaurant, with Dalmatian specialities , meat restaurant, pizzeria, cocktail bar on beach, big supermarket with fruit and vegetables and all necessary groceries are also 100 meters away. The apartments are four star rated (****) . Villa has 3 separate apartments if you want privacy, and also one big living room with fireplace , kitchen, dining room, terrace wich can be common for all guests;in case if you rent whole villa. It offers apartments, suite de luxe (185 m2) for 7 adults or 6 adults and two children, because there are three bedrooms and a sofa in the living room 1.60 m, two luxury apartments each for 2 +1 adults or 2 adults + 2 children (50 m2), and an indoor swimming pool (28 m2), mini wellness / spa complete with sauna, solarium, infrared cabin for relaxation, massage table, sports massages, medical and relaxing massages, facial care, deep cleaning, care faces with caviar, seaweed spirulina, extract of grapes, then scrub the body with aroma oils of lavender, orange, lemon, rosemary, chocolate body mask, and waxing with sugar.
