The villa (750m2) is surrounded with a palms, gentile flowers ,and meditterian plants in a well kept garden. There is a large garden of 650 m2 ; with fountain , sun decks , grill and place for outdoor dining table. The quiet environment, pine forest and breathtaking views of the blue Adriatic together with the opportunity to lounge around on the spacious terrace makes this Villa as a great place to relax as it is situated only 100 m from the sea ( a few minutes walking). Fish restaurant, with Dalmatian specialities , meat restaurant, pizzeria, cocktail bar on beach, big supermarket with fruit and vegetables and all necessary groceries are also 100 meters away. The apartments are four star rated (****) . Villa has 3 separate apartments if you want privacy, and also one big living room with fireplace , kitchen, dining room, terrace wich can be common for all guests;in case if you rent whole villa. It offers apartments, suite de luxe (185 m2) for 7 adults or 6 adults and two children, because there are three bedrooms and a sofa in the living room 1.60 m, two luxury apartments each for 2 +1 adults or 2 adults + 2 children (50 m2), and an indoor swimming pool (28 m2), mini wellness / spa complete with sauna, solarium, infrared cabin for relaxation, massage table, sports massages, medical and relaxing massages, facial care, deep cleaning, care faces with caviar, seaweed spirulina, extract of grapes, then scrub the body with aroma oils of lavender, orange, lemon, rosemary, chocolate body mask, and waxing with sugar. Also we offer a small gym with exercise equipment and a mini-bar with expresso coffee, fresh juices, shake ... and the piano in the room for relaxation. There is air conditioning in every room, wireless internet, SA / TV and DVD player. Balconies and terraces are with direct views of the sea. Of the equipment every kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, water heater, stove, coffee maker ... The ground floor room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board. A surface of apartment is 145 m2. The apartment is fully equipped / tv, internet, air conditioning in every room, the kitchen is fully equipped. Guests can rent the indoor pool (28m2) and a sauna and a red light room. These services are gratis. A large garden with a barbecue and outdoor space for dining table is free - included in price. Apartments Bareta are situated on the island of Čiovo in Okrug Gornji on the border of the municipalities Trogir and Okrug Gornji. They are situated in a prime location, both for those who want to enjoy the sun and sea, and also those who want to become familiar with the historical and natural beauties of Central Dalmatia. The old center of UNESCO's town of Trogir is only 1000m away, while Split (Diocletian's Palace, the ferries for the islands), Omis Cetina (rafting, canyoning, climbing), Krka and Šibenik are located within 50 km. Split airport is only 5 km away. The apartments are located on the ground floor of the family house surrounded by garden. Each apartment has its own entrance and a large terrace with dining table, parking and a barbecue and outdoor shower. The apartments consist of one large room with the kitchen, (2 +1,2+2 bed), possibly two adults with two children, a bathroom with toilet. The apartments are fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay / dishes, bedding, etc.) Store is located about 300 meters, and restaurant 200 meters, 1000 meters supermarket, and center of Trogir, with post office and pharmacy about 1000 meters. The nearby beach is covered with grit. For those who are more sensitive to the sun or prefer natural shade there is a camp Rožac which is only 200 meters away.

Pješčane plaže se nastavljaju jedna na drugu u duzini 2-3 km. Na plaži ima hladovine za sve one koji se ne vole direktno izlagati suncu. Odmah uz našu kuću nalazi se trgovina s prehranom. Kuca se nalazi u blizini stare gradske jezgre na brežuljku s kojeg se pruža veličanstven pogled na Trogirsku rivu i more, daleko od glavne prometnice što znači da osigurava mir i tišinu , buđenje uz cvrkut ptica iz obližjih vrtova. Stari dio grada nalazi se na otočiću između kopna i otoka Čiova, a pod zaštitom UNESCO-a je od 1997 godine. U našoj obiteljskoj kući možemo ponuditi smještaj u 5 novouređenih apartmana i to: 2xStudio za 2 max.3 osobe,2× A2+2 (4 osobe) te A4 (4 osoba). Svi apartmani opremljeni su sa SAT/TV, Internet pristupom te su klimatizirani. Ispred kuće je parking za svaki apartman.Na usluzi je i zajednicki rostilj te perilica rublja.

Tragurion apartments are located in the old town center of Trogir. They are situated on the 3rd floor in a 14th century house. The apartments were open in June 2012, fully renewed, modernly designed, fully fitted with new equipment and with a view overlooking the old town and the seafront. We can offer two apartments (2+2). Both apartments are equipped with LCD TV, SAT TV, air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi. At request, we can offer you breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant located in front of the house, at the seafront or in the apartment itself. Free pariking for all our guests is insured. Villa Nena je udaljena 2.5 km od centra Trogira, a od najblize plaze 200 m ( Mastrinka) Ima ukupno 5 i i pruza apsolutnu privatnost, jer se put zavrsava u dvoristu nase vile sa divnim pogledom na kastelanski zaliv.

This family house is situated just 5 min walking to the town center and it`s a perfect houes for a nice and quiet accomodation.The house is situated 150 meters from the sea, that`s aproximatly 2 min walking. On guests disposal is one apartment :A4+2. There are two rooms,kitchen with a dish washe,two bathrooms,living room with pull out sofa for two more persons.One room is with big matrimonial bed and one single bed. We can arange a small bed for a child too.Both bathrooms are with the shower,but the bigger one is with bidet. There is a SAT/TV and AC. Parking and grill are on the guests disposal.
