APARTMAN je jednoiposoban stan. Znaci ima vratima fizicki odvojenu spavacu sobu i jos jednu prostoriju u kojoj se nalazi kuhinja trpezarija, mogu se nalaziti i kreveti, ali ne mora.
Postoje jos i termini duplex apartmani,poluapartmani i soba.
DUPLEX APARTMAN bi bio apartman sa dve vratima fizicki odvojene spavace sobe i trecom prostorijom u kojoj se mogu naci kuhinja, trpezarija, kreveti. Treca prostorija bi trebalo da bude dnevni boravak, ali ne mora.
I POLUAPARTMAN sto bi isto sto i apartman ali spavaca soba nije vratima odvojena od kuhinjskog dela, ali je fizicki na neki nacin od njega odvojena.
SOBA je prostorija sa krevetima, ormarima, komodama i slicnim stvarima, ali nema kuhinje. Moze imati frizider. I karakteristicna je za hotele.
