Location Our apartments are located in one of the most popular and crowded streets in Budva, less than 400 meters from the beach and 15 minutes walk from the famous Old Town of Budva. In our apartment house are located the café and the pizzeria Fenix, in which our guests also like to went for a delicious breakfast. In the immediate neighborhood - 10 meters distance - are local restaurants, bakeries, fruit traders, kiosk, as well as hairdressing and cosmetic care. Our apartments have a very good 3-star standard as our separate tourists rooms (please see the attached photos). Description of our apartments and rooms Our apartment house is modern on 3 floors removed with 2 separate entrances, a private car parking and the newly created terraced garden. The Mediterranean-style terrace garden is the possibility to use for recovery and planning the next sunny-day. Of course, as locals we best known the unforgettable corners of the wild beauty Montenegro. The first entrance is our modern and cozy apartments, which have a capacitance between 3 and 4 guests. All the apartments have up to 2 large sunny balconies overlooking Budva, the mountains or the terraced garden. You have well-equipped kitchens, bathrooms with shower, hair dryer, free Internet-Wi-Fi, well-maintained air-conditioning systems and state-of-the-art Samsung LED TVs with over 200 satellite channels (of course multi-language). Our house offers its guests in addition and frees service of a central safety deposit boxes, iron and a table, as well as a laundry service. The Odmor apartments are situated in the village of Krimovica, facing the sea which is about 500 meters away. Access is via the road from Budva to Tivat, turning off in the direction of Jaz beach and continuing on to Trsteno beach. This village is 2 km up the hill above Trsteno beach. 9 km from Budva. The nearest beach is Trsteno, 2 km from the villa, followed by Jaz beach, 4 km from the villa, and Ploce (Platamuni) beach with its crystal clear water and 3 swimming pools for children and adults, 3 km from the villa. A tarmac road with very little traffic leads to all the beaches. There is ample space for parking alongside the "villa". The "Vila Odmor" has a large, courtyard, luxurious swimming pool dimension 11m to 6m. The pool is made up of three parts: children, Jacuzzi and part of the pool with bubbles and lighting. It is suitable for day and night swimming. Around the pool are sun beds, umbrellas, tables and shower. Part of the plateau directly overlooking the sea is equipped with comfortable chairs and tables for evening enjoyment. All around the pool are lamps that provide good lighting and a warm atmosphere. The "Vila Odmor" has 15 apartments for hire, and has a sea view entirely unobstructed by any other houses, so that each one of the terraces which are attached to each apartment has a direct sea view. This view is especially enchanting early in the morning and at sunset. A gently breeze wafts the intoxicating aroma of the sea towards the apartments and cools down the hot summer nights. The house is well insulated and the front facade attractively plastered, and each apartment has a separate air-conditioning unit. The "Vila Odmor" is in a position where sea and mountain air meet. On a clear day you can see Mt. Lovcen, Prevlaka and the port of Bar. The sea and mountain air have a therapeutic effect on the lungs and the circulation. Size of apartments is from 25m2 to 40m2 The "Vila Odmor" comprises: 2 two-bed apartments – bedroom and kitchen, bathroom and terrace ( a folding couch 1.5 metres wide is available in the bedroom) 3 three-bed apartments – bedroom and kitchen, bathroom and terrace (a folding couch 1.5 metres wide and a folding armchair are available in the bedroom) 8 four-bed apartments (living room with folding couch 1.5 metres wide and bedroom with one bed 90 cm wide and one 120 cm). These apartments can accommodate 5 persons 2 six-bed apartments (the living room has 2 folding couches 1.5 metre wide and the bedroom has one bed 140cm wide and one 90cm). Lux Villa is located in the small place Vojnici, near Saint Stefan, Milocer and Budva. Property consists of a main villa capacity for 6-9 people, which has three bedrooms with their own bathroom, balcony, large living room, dining room, kitchen and separate mini studio. On the ground floor next to the pool there is a space suitable for organizing celebrations for 20 persons. Lux Villa have two pools: a smaller inner (winter pool) with mini spa center, which includes a sauna, massage table, shower and toilet and a larger outside pool with large sunbathing area with stunning sea view. Within the villa are also a barbecue with summer kitchen, wine cellar and several large terrace overlooking the sea. The second part of the villa contains 2 apartments, each with its own bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. There is also a possibility of renting the third apartment on request. Parking and garage are provided for all guests.
