Eufemia House is located on the northern coast of Rovinj, only 100 meters from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the city center. There are 2 new apartments in our house, "Rustico" and "Classic". Both apartments are suitable for 4 adults, and offer the possibility of additional extra bed for one person. Apartment "Rustico" is 60 m2 and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a kitchen and a large living room with dining area. At the entrance there is a large covered terrace with table and chairs, surrounded by palm trees and plants. Apartment "Classico" has 70 m2 and consists of 2 bedrooms, toilet, bathroom with jacuzzi, kitchen and a large living room, dining room, and each room separated by a large hall. At the entrance there is a covered terrace with table and chairs surrounded by green lawns. Parking places in the courtyard are available for our guests and free of charge.

Located in centre of colourful Rovinj, just 200 metres from Basilica of Saint Euphemia, Apartments Santa Croce offers newly furnished fully equipped apartments suitable for a self-catering stay. Nearest beach is just 50 metres away and offers various bars and restaurants. Apartments and studios are equipped with air-conditioning and feature a seating area with a sofa, satellite TV and a kitchenette with basic kitchenware. Private bathrooms feature a shower and hairdryer. Restaurants, bars, cafes, galleries and shops can be found all around the centre of Rovinj, while a gift shop is located in the same building as the apartments. Pula Airport is 40 km away. Rovinj’s main square is just 100 metres from Santa Croce Apartments, while the pebbly beach located just a few steps away features unique views of the surrounding islands and the sea. Guests can enjoy walks along the seaside promenade and book excursions to the islands, Brijuni National Park or Venice. A large spa and wellness centre can be found on Red Island, located right in front of Rovinj. It can be reached in a short boat ride. Punta Corrente Park, perfect for walks, jogging and cycling is just 1.5 km away.

The building is located next to the sea on the north side of the city of Rovinj. Balcony has a view on the old town and the sea. We have a private parking and garden that is convenient for small children. There is a barbeque with tables for guests in the garden. Apartmani imaju 1-2 sobe, kuhinju, TWC, 2 terase (neki jednu sa pogledom na more), klimu, sef i digitalni SAT-TV. Apartmani su potpuno novi i opremljeni. Nasa se kuca nalazi u jako mirnom kvartu, 10 minuta pjeske od grada i 5 minuta od plaze (Cuvi – Villas Rubin, Skaraba, Punta corrente, Zlatni rt). Ima veliki ogradjeni vrt sa zatvorenim parkiralistem. Imamo 10 bicikla, upotrebu garaze i ves masine, grill i bezicni pristup internetu za sve nase goste.
