The building is located next to the sea on the north side of the city of Rovinj. Balcony has a view on the old town and the sea. We have a private parking and garden that is convenient for small children. There is a barbeque with tables for guests in the garden. Each of our apartments comprises, beside bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a toilet with the shower and entrance to the balcony. You have at your disposal: -Three big apartments sized 120 m2 that comprise two bedrooms, each with the entrance to the balcony, toilet with the washing machine, kitchen, sitting-room and a wardrobe. -Six small apartments sized 55 m2 that comprise one bedroom each, or two beds if needed, a kitchen with the sitting-room, a toilet and a wardrobe. Beside these conveniences which you can enjoy while you are on your vacation, you can also use a grill in a spacious yard of Talir apartments. We also provide a car park for 25 vehicles and we also have an underground garage which can hold 6 vehicles.
