Apartman-komar.com bez terase ima 50 m2 površine, te se sastoji od boravka sa kuhinjom, dvije sobe i kupaonice sa WC-om. U jednoj sobi nalazi se bračni krevet (dvije odrasle osobe), dok su u drugoj dva kauča, svaki za jednu odraslu osobu. Uz potpunu namještenost i opremljenost (posteljina, posuđe, ručnici) apartmana, aparati za upotrebu su i pećnica, mikrovalna pećnica, te hladnjak sa ledenicom. Apartman je opremljen klima-uređajem.
