The hotel is situated just 2 minutes walk from a sandy beach, in the center of Stalida resort. Latania complex consists of studios accommodating from two up to four persons and apartments with separate bedroom accommodating up to four or five persons. All rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with satellite TV, international music channel, direct dial telephone (plus in-house communication), refrigerator, two electric tings, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, hair dryer, bath/shower. There is also personally controlled air conditioning and safety deposit boxes available inside all rooms with an extra charge. All rooms have spacious balconies, terraces or verandas with a view on the blue sea, the mountains or the gardens.

Our house is quietly located in an olive orchard and is the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing stay at the sea. It's only 500 m to the beach and 4 km to the next village. The adorably furnished heatable studios consist of one room with fully equipped kitchenette, shower/wc, balcony with view to the sea and Mt. Ahtos. There is also a complete apartment (65 sqm) consisting of a living room with TV and piano, 2 beds, separate bedroom with big bed, kitchen, shower/wc, veranda to the garden. During the off season period a perfect place to write a book, compose music, paint, meditate, hike and relax. There is no direct neighbourhood. Tavernas and shops are found in the surrounding villages. To Thessaloniki it's a 100 km ride. It's advisable to have a car, as public transportation is scarce. We have also organized several seminars and workshops, yoga, painting, self-awareness, african drums, etc. - we are open for many ideas. Since 2004 our guests confirm the pleasant atmosphere of our place. We are happy to welcome interesting and nice guests from all over the world.

Ierissos Halkidiki will meet the newly built apartments Anna Rooms. Located within the village at a distance not more than 80 meters from the sea. The Anna Rooms consist of 4 studios and 1 two area apartment. Brand new, fully equipped with kitchen, air conditioning, tv, fridge, free wifi internet, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, kettle, coffee maker, awning on the balconies, protective screens on the windows etc. The apartment is on ground floor (3 descend stairs) and is fully equipped too. It has three separate spaces (2 bedrooms and living room together with kitchen). It has among other 2 TVs, one in the lounge and one in the bedroom.
