Villa "Luka" has 7 apartments (2 de lux) and 2 studios. All apartments have air conditioners and TV, Internet access, safes, hair dryer, iron, cosmetics and full-equipped kitchen. Each apartment has a washing machine, and lux apartments have a dish washer as well. On the terraces are an adequate number of tables and chairs, and umbrellas. Maid cleans apartments every day and changes towels as well. The hosts speak English, Russian and Italian. It is situated between the sandy beaches Kamenovo and Przno, which are about 400m or 4-5 min walk far from Villa. At a distance of 50 - 70m there is a shop, bus station and restaurant. From the villa "Luka" you can come to Budva, Rafailovići, Bečići, Milocer and St. Stefan by foot. There are walking paths that arrive to Budva for about an hour, to Sv.Stefana for 15 minutes. Of course, this destinations can be reached by a mini bus that runs every 15 minutes. Villa “Luka” is distant from: • Budva - 6.5 km; • Becici and Hotel “Splendid “ - 4km; • Rafailovici - 2 km; • Milocer and the hotel “Maestral” - 400m; • St. Stefan - 1.5 km; • Tivat Airport - 30km; • Podgorica Airport - 60km; • Dubrovnik Airport - 120km. Porodicna kuca Jočić se nalazi na samoj obali mora 10m.Posjedujemo 3 studio apartmana 4-krevetna tj 12 lezaja.Nalazimo se na 1500m od centra grada i 1500m od aerodroma.Od magistralnog puta kod autobuske stanice se odvaja put od 400m koji dovodi do nas.Mir i tisina ce vam omoguciti idealan odmor za vas i vasu djecu.Nema saobracaja ni guzve da vas uznemiravaju tokom vaseg boravka kod nas. Apartmani su kompletno opremljeni,klima,tv,mini kuhinja,posudje,frizider,sto I stolice,kupatilo,balkon,wifi….Vode imamo 24sata dnevno.U rezervaciju apartmana u cijenu je naravno uracunato i,parking mjesto,plaza,lezaljke,suncobrani I ljetni tus koji mozete da koristite tokom vaseg odmora. Ispred kuce se nalazi zajednicka ljetna kuhinja koju koriste iskljucivo nasi gosti koja je kompletno opremljena….Zamrzivac,frizider,sporet,sudoper,rostilj na drva I plin….Kao sto vidite na slici ispred kuce se nalaze veliki suncobrani sa stolom i stolicama koji takodje mozete da koristite.Boravkom ispred kuce I uzivanjem u pogledu na more koji se prostire na Sveti Marko i pogled na vasu djecu koja se kupaju odmah ispred vas daju vam ugodan I opusten odmor.Gosti koji su boravili kod nas proteklih godina su veoma zadovoljni I svake godine je sve teze doci do slobodnog termina,zato rezervisite na vrijeme.Moguci izleti barkom u dogovor sa vlasnikom. Za potvrdu rezervacije potrebna je uplata akontacije u visini 20% od ukupne cijene. Ostatak sume se plaća odmah po dolasku u apartman. Avans možete poslati putem Western Uniona (elektronski transfer novca),a instrukcije vam saljemo nakon rezervacije apartmana. Ulazak u apartman je posle 11:00pm (na dan dolaska).Gost je duzan napustiti apartman do 9:30am (na dan odlaska).

Apartments "Tijana" on the sea cost of Zelenika near Herceg Novi is especially suited for family holidays as well and as for pairs also. We are in possesion of 2/3/4/6 bed luxuriously decorated suites with separate entrances and balcons. Parking on the beach area at a distance of only 10 meters. All apartments have cable TV (BBM) and Internet conections. Changing towels for two days, and bedding in five days at all.Behind house is area with barbecue, playground and a small basketball court.
