Our rooms are equipped with kitchen with all facilities needed. There is also a large balcony with view to the beach and the rest of our village. Our rooms are about 80m from the beach and you can also find super markets, restaurants, bakery and bar.

Armonia Studios and Apartments are situated amongst unspoiled rural countryside in a charming and picturesque area on the north east coast of Zakynthos, just 60 metres from the sandy beach. The area is known as Psarou and it is an ideal spot for families, couples and friends seeking a quiet holiday away from commercialized tourism with the chance to get a taste of Greek life. Psarou beach has been awarded with the Blue Flag given only to beaches that comply with strict criteria regarding cleanliness. This family business consists of two buildings with well kept gardens. There are studios in one building and apartments and a restaurant in the other.

Atheneavillas ¨ is a complex of 8 houses-apartments. 4 of them with a big terrace with really amazing view to the sea and 4 with private pool and its own private garden as well with the same beautiful view to the sea, pines and olive trees. All houses are situated in a very quiet green area! There is every day cleaning and every three days changing bedlinen and towels. All houses are decorated with a lot of love and respect to the tourists. Vacations is a very importand thing after all year round hard work . The whole idea was making people feeling at home!! Finally is first land in front of the sea , located in little hill . 300m walking down distance to the beach and 1,5 km by car to the little fisherman village-bars -cafes & taverns . There is also a diving center where someone can take diving courses. As well by rending your own little motor boat you can explore the beautiful galas and you go fishing and discover your own litlle beach and sunbath and swim totally alone!! The house is so peaceful, that you wake up with the singing of the birds. As the road is private there is no cars and noises!!

"Kavos Psarou Villas" offers to you tranquility, privacy, excellent sea view in a very nice natural environment, just next to the sea. You will be charmed by the unspoiled views of the azzure clear waters, of the clear blue skies and of the neighbouring island of Kefallonia. Our Villas are located at Psarou beach at the east coast of Zakynthos island, next to the Blue Flag awarded Psarou beach at Meso Gerakari village. They are three individual buildings overlooking the azure blue waters of Ionian sea. "Kavos Psarou Villas" are located in "Biskinis" estate, which has 25.000m2 of private grounds, offering you the necessary calmness and privacy. Villas are just next to an olive grove. The owner's cottage is very close to the villa's comlplex and the owners (Biskinis family) are always willing to help you, to give you information and to offer their hospitality. The surrounding area is scenic, green and lush with olive groves, orchards and typical Mediterranean vegetation, there are nice to trails to walk with hills towards the inland and plenty of beautiful mostly sandy beaches with the crystal clear water of the Ionian sea in the nearby area. Just next to the villas there is a nice fishermen's port where you can anchor your boat for a small fee. Built in three separate buildings, the complex consists of six villas: Maistros, Levantes, Aggeliki, Tzogia, Dario, Pigi, all with splendid sea view. House Rebecca is a big house located in Vasilikos on the hillside with a lot of space around you with a fantastic view towards the ionion sea and the pelepones. In the hot summerdays a car is useful. By car in only 5 minutes you can reach 5 beautiful beaches. The house is luxurusly equipped in order to make you feel comfortable and well taken care off. In the middle of a green lush garden with different fruit trees and flowers. The perfect place for an unfortgetable holiday with friends or family, no street noises but you might hear the dunkey of our neighbour.Great also for children to explore or for the grown-ups just to lay back and enjoy the view and good company. There is a fantastic private pool just over the wall which can be used any time for a cool splash.
