Perix House was built in 1986 and it was renovated in the year 2000. It’s rated a “two key” Family Hotel. The Hotel is built in three levels with a large lawn on two different levels. We have available twenty studios in three levels including nine two room(or Duplex) and nine single room studios suitable for couples and families with up to three children. Our duplex apartments can accommodate up to five people, two in main bedroom, one in the kitchen and 2 children in the raised platform bed (see pictures). We have green lawn in two different levels and a playground on each level for children to play all day safely inside a protected area. There are also 2 Built BBQ sets 1 on each level available for the tenants. The lower level lawn is at the back of the Hotel, and the upper level lawn is situated in the front of the Hotel. Plenty of parking is available. We are situated 400m from the sea, between Neos Marmaras and Porto Carras in Sithonia Chalkidiki.

Anastasia Apartmets & Studios Stavros belongs to the township of Redina and is built amphitheatre - like ( in a semi circle ) along the coast of Strimonikos Bay. It's same distance is to Uranoupolis, which is the only way to Mount Athos. Situated in the area of Neos Marmaras known as "touristika'',famous for our views,quite and peaceful neibourhood ,where our visitors can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday.The area in front of the Villa is ideal for fishing lovers and scuba diving,there are also 2 small pebble beaches 100m from the hotel and four stairways to the sea.The town playground is also situated 100meters away,plus the luna park is 350meters away(open in summer).The Villa has been partially renovated in 2007 and has apartments on 3 levels with seaviews(ground floor,first floor and second floor) plus 2 large duplex apartments at the back of the Villa with large patio garden views.(We do offer Traditional Breakfasts on Request only)

The Studios Vaso is situated just 90m from the beach of Neos Marmaras and seaside tavernas.(nearest restaurant 20meters). It offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi and TV .All studios and apartments are simply furnished and open out to a balcony .They feature a kitchenette with a mini fridge and 2 hotplates . Some units have views of the mountains or Toroni Gulf . The center of the village of Neos Marmaras is 150 . from Studios Vaso. Free private parking is possible on site in front of Vaso 1 and or on the public roads around the Studios Vaso The Studios Vaso ,Neos Marmaras consist of two complexes of apartments and studios. Vaso 1 consists of 10 studios, 7 double and 3 triples (2 +1 bed) studios. Vaso 2 consists of 1 x 8 bed apartment made up of 3 x 2 bed rooms,2 WC,large Kitchen,and Bath available.Vaso 2 also has 4 studios with quadruple room and separate kitchen, all studios are fully equipped. Vaso1 is situated on the front row of Hotels and has great views,while Vaso 2 is situated on the road directly behind Vaso 1 and only the 8 bed apartment has a seaview
