Situated in the area of Neos Marmaras known as "touristika'',famous for our views,quite and peaceful neibourhood ,where our visitors can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday.The area in front of the Villa is ideal for fishing lovers and scuba diving,there are also 2 small pebble beaches 100m from the hotel and four stairways to the sea.The town playground is also situated 100meters away,plus the luna park is 350meters away(open in summer).The Villa has been partially renovated in 2007 and has apartments on 3 levels with seaviews(ground floor,first floor and second floor) plus 2 large duplex apartments at the back of the Villa with large patio garden views.(We do offer Traditional Breakfasts on Request only)

Situated on the highest point of the Ring road around the village of Neos Marmaras,Egeon Rooms offers some of the most breathtaking Views available in all of Sithonia. Egeon Rooms has 12 rooms,of which 3 rooms are large 4 bed duplex family studios,while the remaining 9 studios are 2 or 3 bed rooms. All are fully furnished ,with kitchenette and also equiped with everything you need for a convinient, pleasant,refreshing and restful stay. All our rooms are meticulously cleaned and decorated, spacious and sunny, with private balcony with beautiful sea-view. We do offer private parking on site for 2 of our guests cars ,but there is always plenty of parking available on the roads surroung our rooms,plus the are 2 large parking areas 100 meters away Egeon Rooms is open from June till early October,in order to offer you it's warm hospitality and pleasant accommodation in the most cosmopolitan area of Sithonia!
