Apartman Nadija se nalazi u malom mjestu Kraj na Opatijskoj rivijeri. Okružen je mediteranskim biljem, na mirnoj lokaciji, samo 400 m od mora. Ima vlastitu terasu sa pogledom na Kvarnerski zaljev i otoke Krk i Cres. Na 2 km udaljenosti nalaze se prekrasne prirodne plaže: Medveja i Mošćenička Draga, tenis tereni, ronilački centar, restorani, trgovine, banka, ambulanta, markirane pješačke i biciklističke staze koje vode u Park prirode Učka sa mogućnošću posjeta mitološke lokacije na brdu Perun. 10 km udaljena Opatija obogaćuje turističku ponudu sa prekrasnim, njegovanim parkovima uz more, starim hotelima i historijskim pričama iz doba Austro-Ugarske Monarhije, te nadaleko poznatu, 12 km dugačku šetnicu Franza Jozefa- tzv. Lungomare.

Objekt se nalazi izmedju Gruza i starog Grada. Sa krasnom panoramom prema starom gradu Takodjer lijepim pogledom na luku gruz. I izvrsnim pogledom panorame lapad. Pristup autom omogucen,siguran parking.

Apartmani Pera smješteni su u mirnom predjelu grada Hvara, odakle se pruža prekrasan pogled na more i okolne otoke. Nalaze se u novoizgrađenoj obiteljskoj kući, moderno su uređeni kako biste se što ugodnije osjećali. Udaljeni su od centra grada 15-minutnom laganom šetnjom. Nekoliko stotina metara od kuće prostire se plaža «Pokonji dol» na kojoj možete ugodno provesti vaše vrijeme ili pak možete s jednim od brodića posjetiti obližnje otoke i uvale. Na raspolaganju su vam tri apartmana. Svaki apartman ima zaseban ulaz i veliku terasu okruženu cvijećem i zelenilom.
