Besides being an underground station, Lambrate is also an important railway station, not mentioning the wide range of surface transport stopping in the whereabouts. You can easily reach it both from the Central Railway Station by underground ( 4 stops), and from the airports of Linate, Orio al Serio and Malpensa, by shuttle or by bus stopping in front of the station. With its Lambro Park and Idroscalo, this is a green area, rich in bars, pubs and beer-houses: the famous ancient Birrificio di Lambrate (Lambrate Brewery) is very close, so you can taste our local handicraft beer!
