Apartment (70 sq.m) is located in tourist part of Zadar, on a peninsula called Puntamika and is surrounded with beautiful beaches on three sides (sand and stone beaches), just 1-2 minutes walking distance. Apartment is located in our family house on the second floor (separate entrance), and someone will always be there at your disposal. Our street is dead end street so there is not much traffic and it is very peaceful and safe.Bus station is 200 meters away. It takes a 10-minute bus ride to get to the city center, and buses come frequently. Apartment have one bedroom with double bed + extra bed, kitchen, balcony, bathroom and large living room with double sofa bed. The apartment is equipped with SAT-LCD TV, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, air conditioner, fridge/freezer, gas cooker, coffee maker , microwave oven, washing machine, iron and hair dryer, sheets and towels . Pula, 3000 godina stari grad kojeg su po legendi gradile vile, minijaturna je kopija Rima, jer kao i on leži na svojih sedam brežuljaka. Amfiteatar, Dvojna vrata, Sergijev slavoluk, Augustov i Dijanin hram i drugi monumentalni spomenici pričaju priču njene bogate prošlosti i svoje neuništive ljepote. U novijoj povijesti Pula je glavna ratna luka velike K & K monarhije. Uz bok ovoga lijepoga grada, zapljuskivano toplim vodama Mediterana, utisnulo se otočje mira i ljepote, najljepši sklad prirode - Nacionalni park “Brioni”. A u predgrađu Pule, nasuprot veličanstvenom otočju Brioni, ukotvilo se mjestance po imenu Štinjan, na samo pet kilometara od centra grada. Suprotno od buke njegovog krvotoka, Štinjan je oaza mira i tišine. Uz nove i uredno uređene kuće divan pogled na obale Briona, te žarko sunce na svojim plažama, idealno je mjesto za boravak ljudi srednje i starije dobi, koji traže mir za potpuni odmor. Na obali uz plažu, na nekoliko stotina metara od centra mjesta lociran je veliki autokamp i dječji rekreacioni centar, sa dugom i lijepom plažom. U njegovoj neposrednoj blizini posjetiocu se nudi još jedna također lijepa plaža koju naši gosti rado koriste. Tu su i restorani gdje se može organizirati prehrana, a i u samom mjestu nalazi se restoran sa vrlo širokom gastronomskom ponudom i umjerenim cijenama. Prvoklasni riblji specijaliteti, grill i nadaleko poznata istarska malvazija zadovoljit će najizbirljivije. A poslije kupanja, zabave i mirisnih zalogaja čeka Vas miran i neometan san u Štinjanu .
