‘Studios Petra’ is located in Kastraki on Naxos Island, just 350m from the sandy beach at Kastraki and 15km from the city (Chora) and port of Naxos, in a distance 20 minutes drive. All studios are furnished and fully equipped, offering all amenities. Each studio has a unified large enough space containing a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom, some studios have balconies and some of them have courtyards. Perix House was built in 1986 and it was renovated in the year 2000. It’s rated a “two key” Family Hotel. The Hotel is built in three levels with a large lawn on two different levels. We have available twenty studios in three levels including nine two room(or Duplex) and nine single room studios suitable for couples and families with up to three children. Our duplex apartments can accommodate up to five people, two in main bedroom, one in the kitchen and 2 children in the raised platform bed (see pictures). We have green lawn in two different levels and a playground on each level for children to play all day safely inside a protected area. There are also 2 Built BBQ sets 1 on each level available for the tenants. The lower level lawn is at the back of the Hotel, and the upper level lawn is situated in the front of the Hotel. Plenty of parking is available. We are situated 400m from the sea, between Neos Marmaras and Porto Carras in Sithonia Chalkidiki.
