The hotel is situated just 2 minutes walk from a sandy beach, in the center of Stalida resort. Latania complex consists of studios accommodating from two up to four persons and apartments with separate bedroom accommodating up to four or five persons. All rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with satellite TV, international music channel, direct dial telephone (plus in-house communication), refrigerator, two electric tings, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, hair dryer, bath/shower. There is also personally controlled air conditioning and safety deposit boxes available inside all rooms with an extra charge. All rooms have spacious balconies, terraces or verandas with a view on the blue sea, the mountains or the gardens.

The very popular Sea Dreams complex offers its guests a place to relax in peace but still be within 10 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to the very centre of the resort. Airport transfers and other journeys are available at very competitive prices. There is a large main pool and adjoining kiddie’s pool and children’s play area within the complex. There is also a very popular bar and restaurant in the complex. Our apartments are all spacious in size and each has a balcony, cable TV and air conditioning are standard to all. The apartments are fitted fully for self catering guests. The kitchen has all that is required for those on holiday; washing machine, microwave, two ring hob unit, kettle and toaster are all provided. Clothes irons, DVD players and safety deposit boxes are available for rent. There is parking within the complex and outside and we have 24 hour security including CCTV system

Front terrace with view on sea, and the second, covered terrace with view on beautiful garden with Mediterranean trees (pines, lemon, tangerines, figs). Apartment with two double bedrooms, kitchen with a living room, bathroom with a shower and a toilet, additional toilet and two terraces. There is a grill in front of the house which our guests can use for free. Parking is secured for all our guests. House is 25m away from the beach, 200m away from the nearest shop, post office and ambulance are in the center of Okrug Gornji (1km away). Trogir center is 6km and airport Split is 9km from the house.
