CASTELLO apartments are built on the coastal road and in just 80 m far from the sandy beach which is right in front of us in the PARADISE settlement, well known as FRANGOCASTELLO. The name was established by the existence of the impressive Venetian Fortress which dominates the whole region not only for its history but also for the legends that follow it (for heroes, fatal battles, Drossoulites e.t.c.). Therefore, the apartments' name CASTELLO was given to celebrate the existence of the fortress which indeed is not more than 450 meters far from us. As far as architecture is concerned, we have made in our building a small and characteristic copy of the fortress' turrets. Our unit started with the construction of three apartments as a holiday home for the owner and his two children.. Over a few years, the love and the interest that our visitors expressed for our region imposed the addition of more apartments and therefore their tourist exploitation. Thus, today we have a total of 8 apartments of various types for our guests. Although the apartments are relatively new in their construction, with our participation in two European programs, we renovated, modernized and customized them to fit the demands of a small but completely hospitable unit for foreigners and local guests. The apartments are build in a fenced area of 5000 m2 – especially made for total protection of little children – full of big decorative trees and a stunning variety of flowers.

Apartman Nadija se nalazi u malom mjestu Kraj na Opatijskoj rivijeri. Okružen je mediteranskim biljem, na mirnoj lokaciji, samo 400 m od mora. Ima vlastitu terasu sa pogledom na Kvarnerski zaljev i otoke Krk i Cres. Na 2 km udaljenosti nalaze se prekrasne prirodne plaže: Medveja i Mošćenička Draga, tenis tereni, ronilački centar, restorani, trgovine, banka, ambulanta, markirane pješačke i biciklističke staze koje vode u Park prirode Učka sa mogućnošću posjeta mitološke lokacije na brdu Perun. 10 km udaljena Opatija obogaćuje turističku ponudu sa prekrasnim, njegovanim parkovima uz more, starim hotelima i historijskim pričama iz doba Austro-Ugarske Monarhije, te nadaleko poznatu, 12 km dugačku šetnicu Franza Jozefa- tzv. Lungomare.

Objekt se nalazi izmedju Gruza i starog Grada. Sa krasnom panoramom prema starom gradu Takodjer lijepim pogledom na luku gruz. I izvrsnim pogledom panorame lapad. Pristup autom omogucen,siguran parking.

Apartmani Pera smješteni su u mirnom predjelu grada Hvara, odakle se pruža prekrasan pogled na more i okolne otoke. Nalaze se u novoizgrađenoj obiteljskoj kući, moderno su uređeni kako biste se što ugodnije osjećali. Udaljeni su od centra grada 15-minutnom laganom šetnjom. Nekoliko stotina metara od kuće prostire se plaža «Pokonji dol» na kojoj možete ugodno provesti vaše vrijeme ili pak možete s jednim od brodića posjetiti obližnje otoke i uvale. Na raspolaganju su vam tri apartmana. Svaki apartman ima zaseban ulaz i veliku terasu okruženu cvijećem i zelenilom. Svi apartmani sastoje se od spavaćih soba s vlastitom kupaonicom, dnevnim boravkom i kuhinjom. Za goste s automobilom osiguran je parking

Naši apartmani se nalaze 50 metara od mora u mirnom naselju sa puno zelenila.Udaljeni smo 20 minuta hoda šetnicom uz more od grada Poreča.U našoj blizini nalazi se više restorana i 2 marketa
