Kuca se nalazi u prvom redu do mora, pored muzeja grada Perasta. Posjeduje apartman, studio i tri sobe. Ispred kuce se nalazi 200m2 tarasa pod lozom, kivijem, narandzom i malim djelom pod tendom. Tarase su opremljene bastenskim garniturama, lezaljkama, vanjskim tusem, rostiljom. Preko ljeta u Perastu je zatvoren saobracaj ali postoje parkinzi koji se nalaze 50metara od kuce i besplatni su.

Situated in the area of Neos Marmaras known as "touristika'',famous for our views,quite and peaceful neibourhood ,where our visitors can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday.The area in front of the Villa is ideal for fishing lovers and scuba diving,there are also 2 small pebble beaches 100m from the hotel and four stairways to the sea.The town playground is also situated 100meters away,plus the luna park is 350meters away(open in summer).The Villa has been partially renovated in 2007 and has apartments on 3 levels with seaviews(ground floor,first floor and second floor) plus 2 large duplex apartments at the back of the Villa with large patio garden views.(We do offer Traditional Breakfasts on Request only)
